Temporary Poster Printing Services
The Noble County Public Library is now offering poster printing by submitting a document to be printed and picked up at a later time. This is a temporary service that will be offered until The Bridge is up and running in a more normal manner. The main focus of The Bridge will return to educating library users on how the equipment works and training them to be able to use the machines to complete their projects. Please use the information below to help create and send your
documents to the library for printing.
Paper Types
The Bridge offers five different paper types to print your designs on. Use this information to help select the paper type that best fits your project.

Plain Paper
Plain Paper is the same as regular copy paper. Colors printed on plain paper are slightly less vibrant than the other types of paper, but it is the cheapest paper type and is great for proofing or black and white prints.

Satin Photo Paper
Satin photo paper is a favorite of the library. It has a great color accuracy and prints turn out super vibrant. This paper is durable and has a smooth satin finish that resists finger prints better than glossy photo paper. Satin photo paper can withstand a small amount of water and still be fine, but with prolonged exposure to water the colors can start to run down
the page.

Heavyweight Paper
This is similar to card stock paper and has a very high color accuracy. Prints on heavyweight paper look beautiful, and can stand up to a decent amount of use. This is still paper and is not able to get wet.

Glossy Photo Paper
Glossy photo paper is the same as a typical photo. It has a high shine, but produces vibrant prints with a very high color accuracy. This paper is more susceptible to finger prints than the satin photo paper. It also can withstand the same amount of water as satin paper and still be fine, but again with prolonged exposure to water the colors can start to run down
the page.

Canvas
Canvas is the only material for printing that The Bridge offers that is not paper. This is a very durable unfinished decently thick canvas material that's great for banners. The canvas that The Bridge offers can be varnished with canvas varnish that can be purchased online. Canvas varnish can be used to protect against sunlight and water damage. If you would like to varnish your canvas print you must complete this part of the process on your own. This material can also be stretched on a canvas frame or grommeted to be hung outside. The library does not supply canvas varnish, frames or grommets and does not complete any of these additional
services for patrons.
Page Sizes
Currently The Bridge will only be offering predetermined page sizes for printing. Each size can also be printed in a boarderless format meaning that your design will fill the entire page size area from edge to edge. The predetermined page sizes
