Get a library card!
Are you ready to get an Evergreen library card from Noble County Public Library? Follow the steps below!
1. Click on your NCPL branch below to open the Evergreen application form.
2. Fill out as much information as possible then click Submit Application
3. Come to the library with your ID* and let us know you applied online. We will complete your registration and give you your new card!
*To complete your library card registration, you must come to the library and present your photo ID.
If your photo ID does not have a current address, you must show one additional item from the following list: valid voter registration card, valid current government issued ID (passport, military ID), recent bank statement, recent utility bill, or tax receipts.
